Mark, if you get a chance go to [tightwraps.com] and towards the bottom of the page there are animated help files. Watch the files and see if that will help you out.

Visual wrap is a software tool is assist in the wrappinng visualization. How to apply is another learning experience. I suggest you do internet searches and youtube searches on wrapping fishing rods. Also there are some DVD on how to wrap fishing rods. Get a good understanding of the process and then use Visual Wrap to help you. One thing I like Visual Wrap is to use the step by step wrap function. It will show you each thread wrap in a step by step way. Hope this helps you.

When i have to use Box, Thread_Up, Thread_Down or Cross?

There must be first the idea and then start the wrapping of the pattern.

I believe the program will generate a step list once you decide on a pattern.
