Are shaking the contents before applying it? CP should be stirred, not shaken, to prevent bubbles.

It's not neccessary to stir Cason's Crystal Clear CP as the acrylic solids are not just suspended in the carrier and shaking any liquid will introduce bubbles.
One will also introduce bubbles with a brush if not careful durring application. Outgassing is not common with any CP product that I'm familiar with. Raymond Adams Eventually, all things merge, and a river runs through it.. Re: Color Presever Bubbles

Years ago when we used CP that i think was derived from lacquers used in model airplane construction, bubbles were a common problem. We solve the problem by filling the tunnels with CP. This drove the air out and when we covered the guide wraps very few bubbles formed. You might want to try filling the tunnels before coating the wraps.

Thanks so far guys, I'm not shaking or stirring. The bubbles don't appear untill after it's on for about five or ten minutes and then they just apeare. They're not comming from any cavitys or gaps, the first coat already filled these, and the first coat had no bubbles. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
