Does anyone out there know how to set spacing for Fuji micro guides?

Hi Harry,
Guides on top or bottom? Static testing is the best way to get the spacing correct for either setup. A few different opinions for guides on top especially with micros on whether to keep the line off the blank. Spiral wrapping will get rid of that. In either case get the line to follow the curve of the blank as best you can.

Many custom builders use micro guides - SUCCESSFULLY

The answers to your question can be found in the archives of posts on this forum.

When you read this post click on the link in that post and you will discover the background for current use of micro guides on fishing rods. The spacing I use is from notes from the last rod I did that is similar in length/action/power, that's where I start the layout with. Once i have them on the rod I static test them until I'm happy with the results. On a 7' rod, I'll generally end up with 9 or 10 American Tackle micro guides if I'm going straight up the blank.
