Putting the line on the reel is the easy part. Casting them would be the hard part, if one lure is cast at a much greater velocity than the others the lines are going to cross in the reel and tangle.

I never would have thoght it would cast without tangling. Mut have four lines spliced to one. Funny as heck!

How about putting spacers on the reel spool?

left edge of reel spool --> l l l l i<-- right edge of reel spool!
