Hi Lee,
Not if you want to reuse them. The only way to get the cork off is to cut it off. You might be able to save the reelseat, but it won't be easy. You can heat it with a hair drier and then try to twist it off. You might have to do several heatings before you get any movement. Depends on how well it was put on. Good luck.
