If anyone is interested in having me make EVA grips for their rods, or for their customers rods, let me know. I will be posting pics in teh next week or so in teh photo gallery on the projects I will be working on. They range from basic grip inlays with trim rings, to random abstract sets of grips, to complex images inlayed into the grip. Price range is about $40 to $150 - if you want something but you re not exactly sure what it's not a problem, contact me and tell me how much $$$ you are looking to spend, and I will design somethng for you that meets your budget.
If you need ideas for grips, take a peek at my photo gallery here: [www.rodbuilding.org] or go through my galleries on Facebook: [www.facebook.com] And an older one: [www.facebook.com] For those looking to make their own EVA grips, I am going ot be writing another article on grip inlays (basics) for the October issue of Rodmaker Magazine. Here are a couple of grips I'm making for fellow builders. Lane P is making a retirement rod for a friend's Dad whi is French, so we went with a flag theme with trim rings. $37 for this set: [www.rodbuilding.org]
The second grip is still in process, thjese will go on a personal rod for Drew C, 12" butt and foregrip on a Cod/Tuna rod. A set of Random Abstract grips is $100 and takes about 5 hours to construct: [www.rodbuilding.org] I have a few more grip orders to work on over th enext week or so, stay tuned for more pics!! Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
