Pro Wrap Metallic Problem

Has anyone else had trouble with Pro Wrap Metallic and Threadmaster light build? I was applying a thin coat tonight and has the finish literally crawl off the thread. I went back and scrapped as much of the light build off as I can and color in the metallic was tinting the finish. Strange thing is I cover a large dragon scale wrap last night wrapped int he same thread using the same finish. Just checking to see if anyone else is having the same problem.

Thank you whoever you are

Hmm .

I use Prowrap and Fishhawk exclusively on my builds and I have never had that issue thus far. If the epoxy did not even absorb into the thread I would say you were contaminated in some fashion. Be it dirty hands from dinner or under arm deodorant or a shop mishap that no one is aware of. Something got there that did not belong and the epoxy just told you NO I am not bonding with it. That's my best guess with whats described here. Good luck in the search for the culprit !
