So i was so happy when i finally got my reel seats from perfection. one and a half month it took, finally. So went to start putting them on. The big logo which is usually in the center of the reel seat , which is clearly visable on 6 was in the correct place, but on 2 it was under the hood. No more in stock so what am i to do turn out a product which is not the same and messed up or wait another 1.5 months, what in the world is going on, never had this problem with perfection before. Really have no choice, customer was not happy but told us to put the product on, even though it will be visable. After using so many perfection items i beleive i need to change over to a different supplier. Real shame, but time is money, and this bad quality control and huge long time waiting for products, has cost me a lot of money.

I believe that REC owns Perfection now. You should contact them regarding this issue and give them the opportunity to address and correct it.

Tom,
I tried calling REC but can never get anyone on the phone, tried all last week, at different times, and my husband left messages. Still no reply.
Bill unfortunately, that is where i already ordered the reel seats from, with the long backorder. No one can get them. Cannot send reel seats back as no more in stock, and can't leave customer another month waiting on them, spoke to owner said to go ahead and use the messed up ones, as the logo will be covered by the reel and he cannot wait any longer. .

REC may be getting ready for the ICast show. Keep trying. You need to let them know about this. Try their website and email Paul Howarth.

Good morning,

Am sorry to read about the problem you are having. I have been involved with the folks at REC over the years. They have always been most responsive and helpful. They even made up a part that I needed. Don't give up on them.
