I have a bottle off carsons clear cp, I use it straight from the bottle, just dip the brush in and apply, but now the cp is like the color of used dish water, is this still good to use? Thank you.

I would not use it. It looks like the CP dissolved something off of the brush.

Both of our CP products are clear in the bottle and stay that way regardless of shelf life.

Your brush definately left something behind and I would toss the remaining unused product. Better safe than sorry.

Unless you're using the Trondak U-40 brush cleaner, be careful. With almost anything else you have to really "clean" the brush before using it with anything else.

I use the water based Cason's Crystal Clear and I have never had mine turn color. I have seen those cheap brushes that have died hair like orange or blue affect epoxy though. I agree, something on the brush.

Lorenzo,

Here is a free spelling checker that you can download with no charge and that works very well to double check your typing on anything that you might post on any forum on which you write.
It is a quick and easy app to use and works very very well. I have been using it for many years to double check my typing.

Give it a try and see what you think.

Take care

It like cloudy, I just looked at the Tiger wrap I applied that cp on, it has cleared up, it didn't have no effect on the color of teh tiger wrap, its as clear as the tiger wrap I did when I first got it, I am using U-40 cleaner, I put the brush in right after i use the cp, I am glad it didn't ruin my tiger wrap, I plan on getting a new bottle soon! and new cleaner.

Just wipe it off and allow to dry and you'll be okay. You may have put the brush in the CP while it still had a bit of the cleaner on it. It won't hurt anything and should clear up.
