finally got my guides on thursday about 11 wrapped two nfc hm's one day and dryed one. then wrapped two phenix blanks on friday. i found my uncles rod motor, so i had three rods drying last night. i am done and the ice finally came off my lake today. i have had enough of size 3.5 micros - i'm going fishing! p.s. the 7-6 ml came out at 2.3 ounces and the 7-6 mh at 2.423.

took them out today for a couple hours and they are the rods that should be called fetha stix, for they are literally light as a feather. when coupled with a pair of steez 103 hl's they were under 8 ounces each which is amazing for stiff 7-6 rods. i would call them extra fast and big john concurs. they are a little stiffer than i'm used too as i usually like a lighter tip and i kind of had to use more arm when i casted. i threw spinnerbaits rattletraps and even caught a few including a 3 lb'er [my first bass of the year].
