Well it’s that time again - a reminder concerning who has the right to market, advertise and sell at the Expo.

Only those companies and/or persons who have purchased booth space are allowed to advertise, market and/or sell products or services at the Expo. Those who have purchased booth space have paid for exclusive rights to market, advertise and sell product or services there.

Companies and/or persons who have not purchased booth or table space at the Expo are not allowed to advertise, market and/or sell products or services there. If you do not have booth space, please do not attempt to market your products via any type of advertising including advertising on your clothing, distributing business cards, brochures, etc. I ask folks to use common sense in this area. Wearing a simple ball cap with your custom rod business logo or handing another rod builder a business card isn’t a problem - coming in decked out head to toe in clothing emblazoned with your business name or distributing promotional items or literature to the general public is another matter, however.

Dealers and manufacturers that do not have booth space should also refrain from any display that can be construed as marketing or advertising, regardless of whether or not other exhibitors or vendors sell or reprsent their products.
