Spinning Rod Blank

Hey guys this is kind of a broad request but any feedback is appreciated.

Im looking to a building a spinning for my grandfather for summer because we are spending a month together fishing in Montauk, Sheepshead Bay, and Rhode Island. Probably gonna be a party boat rod but we are going to do some fishing from docks and land as well...
I'm looking for 7', any action and that can handle any summer fish in those areas. If your from the Northeast you should know what im talking about. It might be for :
Porgies,
Seabass
Fluke
BASS
and the occasional bluefish.
Basically an all around inshore spinning rod. i don't want it to be so stiff. It'll be better for him if its light. he likes to feel every bight. lol
If there is no specific blank for this anything similar is good too.
I don't want to go over 100$ for the blank.
Thanks in advance guys.
