Hi Friends,
I'm looking for XP blanks, I know I'm 4-5 years behind the eight ball but I have a customer looking for a 1090-4, does anyone have one or know anybody who has XPs still in stock?

Thank you for your help,
Andrew

If you are referring to the Sage "XP" blanks. I recently recieved an email that they are being made available again as the "VXP". Haven't checked for availability.

Eugene,
Thank you for the input, I am referring to the Sage XP blanks. I haven't tried the VXP but will get the lowdown. I just read they are supposed to be a little faster than the original XP. Anybody have experience?

Thank you,
Andrew

Andrew,
Just recieved this review from Feather-Craft
[www.feather-craft.com]
Don't see any info on bare blank availability, but the complete rod price is promising.

The new Sage VXP are not a reintroduction of the discontinued XP.

The VXP has different blank construction and new tapers however, simiar action and casting feel to the XP.

Regards,
Fred Krow
