K Series Guides

I am curious if anyone has experience with the new K series guides that are designed to reduce the tangles that sometime form at the first guide from the reel on spinning rods. This problem seems to be more prevalent with braid than mono line. Thanks

They work exactly as advertised. Although they aren't as revolutionary as a polymer or carbon frame would be, they are about as good as it gets in a stainless design ... IMO.

They are very good. I have even "tried" to tangle the tip up and the new design is excellent at letting the braid flop back off the tip.

Jim, are you aware of anyone other than Daiwa looking at carbon guides?
