I have a Loomis blank that just says on the decal 98% graphite 9' 6" 8 wt no model #. It is natural graphite black in color. Can anyone date that?

If it's gloss grey it was made and offered between 1983 and about 1990. If it was a matte black color then it's GL3 and was made in the 1990s.
