I haven't seen the solid burl blocks in some time. The ones I have seen aren't the same material AND they are laminated blocks. IF you are willing to work with them, Karen @ Bingham has a bunch of the original burl strips available AND at a very competitive price. Re: Cork blocks

The one's I have tried since Andy's became unavailable have all been of a much lesser quality with the lamination lines sticking out like a sore thumb. I'll look into the strips at Bingham Ent. Re: Cork blocks
