I have made some updates to the Expo website.

The current list of exhibitors that have already bought booth space for 2011 is up. I will be updating it regularly over the next couple of months. Many more companies have confirmed that they will be on board again, but I will not put the names up until they have actually bought space.

I was informed that the Courtyard by Marriott was not offering the promised room special for Expo attendees. I contacted them and they have corrected the problem. But you must mention the International Custom Rod Building Expo in order to get the special rate. The Courtyard is a very, very nice facility. It is located about 2 miles North of the Showplace, however, so don’t expect to walk to the Expo from there.

The Best Western is directly across the street from the Expo. They had told me a week ago that they were offering a special rate as well, but I have no confirmation that they are. You’ll have to ask. Last year a few folks booked rooms there for $50 to $60 per night by booking their tripthrough Orbitz Travel.

We are working on a new arrangement for the RodMaker Magazine Reception. It will allow us a bit more room for what is usually a pretty crowded event. I’ll update that section just as soon as we have all the details ironed out.
