Can anyone suggest a blank that is comparable in quality to the Lamiglas 7wt. travel fly ET1087-4 XMG50? My customer is set on a 7wt 9' 4pc blank, but according to angler's workshop, Lamiglas has discontinued this model. If any member vendors have this blank in their obsolete stock, please chime in. I would also appreciate insight from Mudhole or anyone (Todd Vivian) with knowledge of the XMG50 material and how it compares to the MHX travel fly. Other manufacturers are also an option so if you know something please advise. Thanks. Mark Boggs Springfield, OR Re: Lamiglas 7wt travel fly XMG50

Mark,
We don't have any of the 7wt. model left in stock. I have been fishing the MHX 7wt. since the prototype stage and it would be an excellent choice to replace the XMG. Very smooth casting, loads well and carries line very well. I think the physical weight is comparable also. Todd,
thanks for your input. Will there be another production run soon or can you suggest a blank from another manufacturer that may offer similar qualities? Mark Boggs Springfield, OR Re: Lamiglas 7wt travel fly XMG50
