okuma safina spinning rod ...

any one know what reel seat is used on this rod ??? , it looks like a Fuji IPSD deluxe , but seems to have more eva on it then the Fuji ( i know they usually have cork )

Okuma is made off shore and the parts are made by different suppliers to Okuma specs

There is never a question on Fuji components, all of them are marked as such.

these rods are sold in a combo (rod/reel) and they are ziptied together for store security reasons (sports chalet ) so i could not see the top of the reel seat .

Spencer You mentioned Fuji. How much do you want to bet that they also build components with other rod manufactures names on it or other component companies names on the product. They do not use the same tech. to build this product as their own brand, but close.
