Customer Feedback

I got a kick out of this note from a client. I did a spiral wrapped musky rod as spec'd by a brother in law through emails with his wife.

Chuck,
I just opened my Birthday gift from Debbie (it came today, and even though my b-day is next Thursday, Debbie figured I might guess what it was). Anyway, it is gorgeous!!! I have a gold Calcutta reel that will look perfect with it. I love the color and the gold trim and eyes really make it look classy. Having my name on it (in gold) really puts adds the finishing touch. I can't wait to try it out.
I have to admit that at first, I thought it was damaged in shipping (the eyes didn't line up), then I thought maybe you didn't make the final check to make sure they did line up. I looked at the e-mail below , and saw the term "spiral wrap," which I have never heard of. Needless to say, I looked it up on the internet, and saw many positive comments on the technique. So once again, I'm anxious to try it out.
Thanks for making such a beautiful rod.

A description sent with it would have been a nice touch also.
