Dropped Sylvia Davis an e-mail this morning asking about the new inserts from Diamond 2 and shipping over here to the UK and was amazed and delighted when the phone rang to hear Sylvia personally calling me to help and offer an opportunity to use them.

As one of Bullard International Dealers - I must say that Silvia tops the list in terms of customer service. She listens and gets you the "consumer" set up with the product you had questions about. No e-mail sent to her about her products goes unanswered or as you have seen from the post above or with a phone call. . Silvia is always on the "prowl" for new products at the best possible pricing for all of you.
