Kuodos to Steve and Bill

My new Rodmaker arrived today. Just got finished going through it briefly. Great stuff. The veneer treatment over carbon by Steve Gardner is genius! What a great idea. This might revolutionize wood work in custom rod building. Very good work Steve. Thanks.

Bil Colby's idea for mounting butt caps is something that was under our noses all this time but I never saw anybody do this until now. Another GREAT idea. It will cost a buck or two more but anybody that likes to balance their rods or needs a butt cap that they can get on and off but still have perfect security will jump on this idea. I know I will.

Thanks guys. I just got my entire year's subscription price worth in just those two articles.

It was good. I have to try it once I get some veneer.
