Revolver rod question

I am going to try my first revolver style wrap on a CB70M. Sitting at the ICBRE last year listening to Rich Forhan's seminar I am remembering him saying something about 6" guide spacing during the spiral guides. Am I thinking of something else? Should I be using 6" or so spacing on the spiral guides or go with more of a concept style spacing. It is barely above freezing outside and would like to have pretty close to final spacing before I go out to test cast.

With Rich looking at retirement, last year at the show He gave his spacing charts, some notes, and books to a few builders whom he know would put them to good use.

If you want to copy Rich's exact guide spacing?
Post what length rod you are working on, and I will post the spacing for you.

How about basic spacing for 6"6" and 7" rods, something to get me started on Revolver rods. I have always built simple spirals and an comfortable with them. Who ended up with the book? I had to leave before his seminar ended.

I have the Book
Alex Dziengielewski recieved the spacing chart
Bennie Lenard received the handle he used for determining length required for each client

on 6'6" rods it is (from tip) 5-6-7-7-7-6-6-6

on 7' rods it is (again from tip) 5-6-7-7-7-7-6-6-6

I believe Rich also wrote an article for Rodmaker, I can't seem to put my hand on it right at this moment but I'm sure you can find it . If I remember right the article gives a pretty good insight into how Rich built the revolver rod. Including his spacing and how he determined it for different rods. I have built a few rods using Rich's method and it works very well.

Spacing is set with minor tweaks to it. Time to pop a glow stick, tie it on and do some test casting in the dark. Thanks for the help.
