Hello all,
I'm building my first offshore spinning rod (I normally do casting rods). It's gonna be a 50lb class rod. What fuji guides should I use? Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 11/18/2009 04:00PM by Anthony Pantuso. Re: offshore spinning rod

From your experience are the frames sturdy enough for 50lb test? Re: offshore spinning rod

Yes. They've taken tuna up to and/or over 300#s this year on the Cape w/ 80# braid commonly used and 100# leaders at times. Re: offshore spinning rod

BMNAG, CMNAG, MNSG, ICMNSG and TKWSG will all work physically. I have listed them in order of expense, least to most. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
