Need info on a guide

I need a little help with identifying a guide. My dad bought a rod at a yard sale that was in need of a guide. I have no idea what type of guide it is, I am looking for something similar, not necessarily identical. My second issue is that the guide that needs to be replaced is missing the ring and the guide is deformed. The metal ring measures anywhere from .886 and .910 depending of the deformation. The guide above it measures .434 on the ID of the ceramic insert and the OD measures .728

Tony -
I think that those are Perfection guides. They have been out of production for some time. I recently bought some from REC Components (who bought out Perfection). You'll have to measure them to the inside of the metal band in millimeters if you want to find a replacement.

I've been looking, but I cant find anything that looks like that. It looks similar to a PacBay boat guide but without the braces.
