What reel seat size for St Croix 2C80HF

I have a St Croix 2C80HF on order from Bingham that will be shipped directly from St Croix near the end of the month. I'd like to order components ahead of time but need to know what size exposed blank reel seat to get that allows for about 11" of rear grip. Thanks.

Tim...click on the St Croix link at left..there are some ph./fax numbers there and a spot to email them questions/comments. Bet you can get what you need there if Karen at Bing. doesn't have it.

Thanks Chris but I tried that already - email bounced back as invalid and the gal at customer service couldn't help. She tranferred me to the ordering desk, could't get thru, left a message, no call back. I'll try again. Thanks.

You could try to call Karen and see if she has a similar blank with the same measurements. Then she can fit a seat to about say 12" from the butt. They ream easy enough to get a nice fit.

Unless some one here has the same blank and can give you measurements ?? You may have to get two or three ??
