#3 = 6.25mm

REC now manufactures "real" hook keepers: the sku# is RHK. They come is S & L. The large is a little small for saltwater IMO. I think the small would be too small except for the lightest rods.

Saves scratching your guides!!
I used a size 7 LSG for a heavy saltwater rod. It is a little small. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
