fly rod cork grip

I'm building a g loomis imx 6wt with A butt diameter of .397- I'm having trouble finding a full wells cork grip with a bore smaller than .340. Is ther anywhere I can find a full wells with a .250 bore? Or should I consider a different style handle? Re: fly rod cork grip

Your first number most be .297". If nothing else, you could wrap some thread on the blank than install the grip. Any gaps will be covered by your winding check. Re: fly rod cork grip

You can customize the inlet by using a dremel tool very carefully... Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
