Add a bit to the finish but watch how much you add. Also I would look for the smallest size of glitter to add. I use a real fine glitter when adding it to lures I paint.

Check out Riley Rods, sponsor to the left. They carry micro glitter. I'd suggest you try it on a few practice guide wraps to get a feel for how much glitter to use. I didn't have any problems when I used glitter, but it was only because I had previously used pearl pigment and had a good feel for how much to add. It did take me a few times with the pearl to figure it out.

I am preparing to try it. One gentleman here offered the suggestion to grind it even finer with a mortar and pestal. Good advice, I think and I plan to do this evening. I want a bit of glitter but without any apparent particles visible to the naked eye.

Be careful with the glitter. It wants to get every where. It may save some clean up to spread some old newspaper on the counter where you are going to mix the epoxy. When I have used it I just removed the cap and some stuck to the inside top of the cap, I just tapped that over my epoxy cup to sprinkle some in. You don't need much.
