Eric,
Hands down CTS in New Zealand. I just finished building on their Affinity X 11' 4pc, #10. It loads very well with a RIO Outbound #13 or #14 for overhead casting. If you want it for Spey casting, I can't help you there. But the blank is wonderful. Can more than rival any factory rod in that length - no matter the cost. Most 11' blanks load too far into the blank - or even the grip - for me. But this one firms-up high into the butt section. I like it so much that I just ordered the same blank in #7 (for a RIO OB #10/11) & 8 (for a RIO #11/12). I also bot and built on their 10'6" #12. It is a monster - can't load it even with the #14 (600 grains). RIO makes a floating line at 662 grains - going to try that. The 11" is a special order but Stephen Pratt (owner) will build you whatever you want. Personally, for overhead casting I would stick with the 11' vs the 10'6". Much eaiser to cast. The 10'6" will generate more line speed but will require to much energy for an old guy like me. If you are younger and stronger - maybe the 10'6". If you are interested just email me and I will send you their entire list of blanks and $ for "09. Herb Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
