West Coast Custom Fishing Rod Show

Saturday May 2nd 9AM - 5PM
Orange County Fair and Exposition Center

The West Coast Rod Show is getting near and we are finalizing our booths and the seminars are now in place (see the updated website). We are expecting a bigger show than last year and thus far, everything is shaping up to be bigger and better than last year.

One addition to this year is the rod display case where custom rod builders, like all the builders on this board, can display up two custom rods and these rods are going to be viewed by the attendees of the show.
The racks are being built and we need a rough count of the builders that are going to display up to two rods.

Please email me or Mark at Acid Rod if you want to display a rod or two at the show. We are attempting to have a pre-approved list of display rods coming in, to avoid unexpected rods coming and going through the doors.

We will not allow custom rods to come in the door that AREN'T going on display or that are being displayed by vendors or presenters, for security purposes. Rods leaving the show must be accompanied by a receipt (purchased) or have been submitted for display.

No standing around selling/networking in the display area. We have builders that paid for booth space for that purpose and it's not fair to them.

Rods will be tagged with the builders name for visitors to view. No business cards allowed.
