I know @#$%& had a bunch in stock when I was out there last year. Ehy probably still have them, as they are not the most popular guide. I think they are a sleeper for SW rods, especially surf - but almost everyoe isclosed minded whenit comes to out teh box thinking.

I just called Acid rod and they said no go and that the guides have been discontinued...hmmmm...Do you think the LDBSGs are considerably lighter than MNAGs toward the tip?

Scott, I have a lapse - the LDBG's are teh regular round angled guides,I've been using them for a few years. I assumed you were looking for the Power Oval guides. I have a few T-LDBSG's in size 5 & 6, and I plan on placing an order from Japan in a week or so. If you want a set of CLDBSG's, IG, or Titanium, let me know. The CLDB's are 550 Yen, which right now is $6 per guide, size 4 thru 6 (assuming they are in stock). The Titanium ones are 600-700Y, $6.55 - $7.65.

What are you looking to use them for? I've got them on several of my own rods, tehy are great, but they are NOT a FW guide the size 5 Titanium weighs as much as teh size 7 Alconite BLAG. GReat fow SW though, they are really strongand beefy framed, difficult to bend, and do an excellent job passing knots due to teh angle of the guide.

Again, sorry to make you waste your time calling Collen, I wasn't thinking.
