CLASS ACT

I just needed to pass on to all of you the fantastic service that I recieved from Karen at Bingham. I had ordered some blanks and didn't give her my new address so they were shipped to the wrong place. After MUCH trouble of trying to locate the items, I summised that they must have been stolen from the place of delivery and reordered through Karen at a deal she certainly did not need to pass along to me! She took increadible care of me and continues to be exceptional to deal with. I have had the pleasure of dealing with many of our sponsors and have to say Karen is one of the best. She is indeed a CLASS ACT and truely values each and every individual she deals with.

THANK YOU KAREN!!

She is great to deal with and always very helpful. I must say that all our vendors with one exception have treated me great. We're lucky to have such good people to deal with.

I agree, she went out of her way during the holidays to get me some reel seats I needed. Class act indeed. I am usually impressed with most of the businesses I deal with in this industry; it's a shame the rest of the world doesn't operate the same.
