I am thinking about getting Visual Wrap Software but would like to have your pros and cons on the software prior to spending $100.00.

Thanks

When it comes to crosswraps it's the greatest thing since sliced bread!

There is an extensive pattern library with most of the well know patterns
from CRTA and many other variations and it will provide you with exact
layout spacings (including taper off-set) and wrap the pattern for you on
a vertual blank right before your eyes. You can even set it to wrap one pass
at a time allowing you to follow right along if you wish.

The only "con" is that if you wish to design you own wraps one needs to
learn the software language to tell the program what threads to wrap &
where. However, there are help files within the program and video help
files on the VW website that makes this easy for most. Also, Dave & the
many other users who have mastered the tricks are more than willing to
assist you.

I have found it invaluable to me if nothing else, for giving me lay-outs and
spacings, seeing the patterns wrapped in different colors without picking up
one spool of thread. Money well spent IMHO

Thanks Raymond. You have convinced me to spend the money. I appreciate you taking the time to give me a response.
