Rainshadow Swim-bait Blanks for Musky

Another project I've got on the list is a new musky rod, I've been looking to go with something over 7'6".

The 7'10" ISWB945 looks like a candidate for a nice all purpose muskie rod.

Any thoughts/comments on this series of blanks??

How does the blend of RX7, RX6 and glass take place? Where does the glass come into play?

Thanks,
Andrew

If you are not throwing over 2 oz. the IMB 944 (RX 7) is a very nice blank at 7' 10"

I have built an IMB 944 and use it for bass/ muskie swimbaits up to 2 ounces, and also throw bucktails and topwater on it for muskies. It handles all of these baits well. It is also reasonably priced...
