Hey,

flicking through the matagi catalouge last night i was trying to decide what i wanted to do with a rod plan i had in my head. Well i sorted out the grip and everything like that but i still needed to choose a blank.

what i need is something 7'6'' long with a fast or Xfast action, a line rating of around 2-4kg and it needs to be pretty sensitive

i saw one of the T-Russel blanks in the matagi catalouge might fit my description

the Agnetha TR76A-XUL2

could anyone tell me if these blanks are any good

or alternatively some other blank that will fit my description

Thanks

Tom, you'd be best off getting in touch with Mamoru and asking about those blanks. This is the long flats stick, yes?

You could also see what Peter at GCCR has in the Aussie model GUSA's. The newer Samurai blanks are also getting some good talk.
