St Johns cross question

I am new at rod wrapping, and would like to try one of the wraps on the cover of Billy Vivonas decorative wraps book. Either the wrap thats on the upper left of the front page, or the upper right one. I am confused, is the whole pattern to do those wraps in the book, if so i will read the book for the fourth time and see what I am not getting. And if the whole patterns are not in the book, does anyone have them and can email them to me, I would really appreciate it. icemannocal@yahoo.com

Both those patterns are in Billy's book. The one in the upper left on cover, is the St. John's Variation found on the top of page 51. The other one, is the Sparkler wrap found on the top of page 53. Those are the complete pattern instructions.
