I haven't put a decal on a rod yet but I want to put one of the rod I am building now. Is the Lamiglas decal that comes with the blank a waterslide? It looks like there is some perforation around the decal which made me think it was a peel and stick but it didn't seem to come off. I didn't try too hard because I didn't want to damage it. Thought I would ask the experts first before I screw up........again.

Unless they have changed lately it is a water slide.
I have never had a peel and stick from Lamiglas.
The perforations your seeing are from the die cut machine.
You can always email Lamiglas and ask them.

Thanks Tim. I was thinking it was a water slide but I have never messed with them and was not sure.

I just added a Lamiglas decal to a rod and the one they sent with that rod was a peel and stick; the decal was gold color, had the lamiglas logo , and under that "fish with confidence"

I bought 4 or 5 from Mudhole recently on their close out and all were peel and stick.

Lamiglas has ALL of the above mentioned ... peel n stick, waterslide AND the "invisible label".

Over the years, they have run the gamut. There is NO telling what you have without seeing it. For the most part, if it is a small sticker that ONLY says "Lamiglas" with the slogan ... waterslide. For the most part, if it is a big sticker with rod specifications too ... peel n stick. MOST of my blanks, over time, have come with the "invisible label" (meaning, none). Regardless of what they come with, I don't use them. My personal preference is to call Debbie at Decal Connection and have one made specifically for me ... with my name and the technical data desired.
