Hi All,
I wanted to post a few pictures of the new Batson Cork Grips and Weighted Butt caps because the pictures on our web site and Catalog are Solid Works Cad Drawings and do not do them Justice. Please also notice the new Batson Trim ring in front of the Reel seat TRS16-TC.

Karry:
Very nice, How come you did not make them weight adjustable ? Just a thought.
I still wonder why you size your guides on rods the way you do.
And do you still send out paper catalogs ? You down loadable catalog on your site did not seem to work. At least for my dial up ??

Now available from Batson Enterprises: the perfect way to counterbalance your favorite custom rod. Modern blank materials have allowed
designers to push the overall length of blanks to lengths unheard of in the past. Long rods allow for fishing presentations that simply cannot
be done with shorter rods, but it comes with a cost, rods tend to feel tip heavy. The design team at Batson Enterprises now has the answer;
a adjustable counterbalance system for today’s long rods.

It works like this, simply glue the top section of the system on the bottom of your handle assembly in place of your normal butt cap. Then
choose the appropriate weight to screw onto the bottom of the upper section, and go fishing. Suddenly you have a rod with the correct
balance and fish -ability. In the tables below we list some general guidelines on what size weight to choose.

CBS WT 2 1.20” (30.57) Plated Brass 2 oz. Up to 7’6”
CBS WT 3.75 1.30” (30.9) Plated Brass 3.75 oz.) Up to 8’6”
CBS WT 5.5 1.30” (30.9) Plated Brass 5.5 oz. 9’.0” & Above

Catalog request can easily be done on our web site or drop me an email and I would be happy to send one to you or anyone else that would like one.

I just recently found batsonenterprises and wow, they seem to have some of the best materials I have found thus far. Bill, you asked why they didn't make them weight adjustable, although I don't know about that, I do know that Jann'sNetcraft.com has a fuji weight adjustable butt cap that is adjustable up to 3 oz. for balance. Good luck.

I think this is what Bill was trying to ask.?

The weighted counter balance is nice, Do they interchange with one another, say like can you get a kit. with all 3 weights that fit the same male plug,so you can screw on and adjust different sizes as you change reels and such etc...
