I just recieved two of the blanks from Mudhole, MBX606H and MBX707H. Very impressed with appearance and feel. Weight was very close to what was published. Most impressive was the 7' 7" heavy that I weighed at 2.35oz on my scale. The walls are pretty thin. If these blanks will hold up to hardnose bass fishing, I think they will be outstanding.

Although I have not had the pleasure of being able to afford a phenix blank yet, I have had the pleasure of handling about 15 different completed phenix rods that felt amazing and I would have given a piece of my lower anatomy to have one. I wish you the best of luck with your two new blanks, and for Chip, if you have the money, I suggest you buy these blanks quick fast and in a hurry.
James
