Are you referring to the 2 Part Liquid, Expanding Urethane Foam?

If so, do a search by "foam", "foam core", "carbon skin" etc and you'll find enough to keep you reading for days.

If you mean something else, could we have another material? I'm game!

Bucky, I have heard of people putting dye in it. I don't know what or how though. The issue that I have with that is you are going to have to put a skin over the grip anyway so why mess with the mixing of the foam with color in it. It is hard enough as it is to get the foam to mix properly but to try to get the color to mix in uniformly on top of that in the short time frame you have to mix the foam anyway to me is just complicating things that much more.

I feel it is much easier to mix your foam, pour it, shape it, then paint it the color you want. put your skin over it the paint it again and add your top coat. This sound like alot of steps but it really is not. If you need any help feel free to email me or check out my web site on the left. Thanks Scott Parsons Scotts Custom Rods

Some are using just the foam and not skinning it with anything. If you want to color it, go easy on the color tint, mix it into one part of the system first, tint that part and then add the other major component.

Follow the directions in RodMaker for mixing and pouring, or the directions that come on the cans of the specific product you're using.
