Hey everyone, I'm using flex coat uv high build for the first time..how long do I need to let it dry between coats? Re: flex coat uv highbuild

6-8 hrs but it really depends on the application & temp.
It does not have to be completely set just not tacky to the brush when applying next coat. Hope ya have some in the cup or foil to test without touching the rod. Raymond Adams Eventually, all things merge, and a river runs through it.. Re: flex coat uv highbuild

David,
If you have done a good job on your rod, and if you use the high build finish, you normally only need one coat to finish your rod. Give it a try and see if it doesn't work just fine with only one coat. Take care REW Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
