I'm thinking about trying one of the Fuji VSS seats but not sure it would work for my application. From the pictures I've seen, it looks as though it mounts with the threads forward (front) and the hood with the palm(?) support in the rear. Also, is this a blank exposed seat? I'm a bit confused by the only pictures I can find and their descriptions.
Thanks, Todd Re: Fuji VSS Spin Seats

The VSS is fitted like the IPS, with the grip material covering the back (upper) side of the seat. It is not blank exposed, it's a spinning seat. You can rig it up any way you want, uplocking or downlocking. Downlocking you can go with just the nut and no foregrip, or with a regular foregrip, or with an integrated nut foregrip (the KN hood). Uplocking you'll need the KN hood to give a rear section of grip for the hand to sit on. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
