What type of adhesive?

I know this is off the subject but you guys have so much experience I thought you
could help. I need an instact contact type adhesive to glue silicone skirts to latex
rubber collars. I've tryed three differents super glues, pliobond, pvc glue and nothing
works. Help!!

contact 3m..... they will help ya out finding one and they are probably the biggest adhesive company i know. they make all kinds of things for different bonding applications, even epdm to steel.

Have you tried ZAP ........ I know they use this to glue plastics to the collars ......... haven't tried the other though ......... I usually just tie them to the lure ........
