E-Mail & Web Site On-Line Orders

Our E-Mail Service Provider took a dive this past week. For about a week now since this happened, we've expierenced problems with our E-Mail system and Web-Site On-Line ordering system. We have been able to receive some messages and orders, but not all it appears. We are able to respond to some of the messages and folks receive them, but not all are receiving replys from us. If you have sent a message this past week or even a bit longer and not received a reply, please pick up the phone and call us at 931-684-6164. Because at this time, your message could have been sent to us, not returned to you and we do not even know that. If we have received your message and have your phone number, we are making every effort to contact those folks by phone. If you are not in our system already with a phone number, we have no way of contacting you, so please contact us. This is a trying time for us, as our provider has worked out some of the bugs, but not all of them. There is never a good time of year for this to happen, but it being part of our busiest time of the year makes it even more hectic for us. I please ask for your patience with us at this time as we work thru this.

I experienced a problem with communication with Bob late last year that was caused by MY server blocking all messages that were routed to his email server. I use Microsoft Outlook and as long as I tried to use Outlook all of my messages would not get sent to him. I am on a Cox network and they admitted that the fault was caused on their end for all users of Outlook. They would let their messages go through on only their email server. This can really be a mess and the fault is not always on the receiving end.
