I would like to know how companies as Sage or custom builders make almost single thread or real narrow or thin trim rings? Please give advice. I can make trim wraps but they are wider. Thanks. Dave Re: narrow or single thread trim rings.

Have you tried the nail knot method? If you do a search on here theres a description by Bill Stevens. Ive found this to be the best method for trim wraps. You can do down to two turns
