Lost Back Issue

Well, I was reading an old issue of RM on the plane to PHL last night, and eventually snoozed off - not because of the magazine, but because, as usual, a 1-3/4 hr flight turned into a 4hr adventure (welcome to Useless Air and PHL- the worst possible combination you can get in modern air travel). As luck would have it, I left the magazine on the plane. Trying to recover it, because I'd already left the so-called security area, was a whole 'nother story of dealing with the airline folks in PHL.

So, in order for me to order a back copy, can anyone tell me which issue had the big article about using feather inlays? I know it was a long time ago, and one of the product reviews was about the then-new Fuji oval SW guides. Another article in the same issue was about refinishing a whole blank. I think it was a 1999 volume, but I can't be sure. The cover was a beautiful closeup of a feather inlay.

Any ideas?

thanks

Tom - Thanks. If I'm right, I may have it on the CD. If not, I'll order a copy, but in any case I'll also contact you by email tonight.

Again, thanks.
