"Shout-out to Custom Tackle"

I do mostly repairs now instead of building but occasionally I'm able to put new guides on a fresh blank. I had a customer who wanted a St. Croix blank that had been discontinued about 3 years ago and would accept nothing else. I saw it on the Custom Tackle website but Bob told me it had been discontinued subject to being re-released in the near future with different cosmetics. While searching for something similar to suggest, Bob called me and had found one in his vast inventory. My client needs it by the 24th and Bob agreed to expedite the shipping to allow me to complete the job before them. I feel that superior customer service should be recognized, hence this post. Thanks to Bob, Hunter and all the folks at Custom Tackle for going above and beyond to give great client service. I'll have a happy client because of their efforts. Thanks so much! David Spence, Cape Custom Rods, Beaufort, NC.

I have to echo your sentiments. I met Bob last Feb at High Point and bought a couple of rods amongst 20 or so people at his booth at the time. I met him again a couple of weeks ago and he remembered my purchase, the type of rods I liked to build on and me as well. That amazed me, he seems to go above and beyond and I have nothing but good things to say about Bob and Custom Tackle. Mark

Bob has done the same for me on a number of occasions. Custom Tackle has phenomenal customer service.
