Just wanted to send out a thanks to everyone who has given great service over the past 20 years. They all have to gone out of their way to give service beyond what was paid for and expected.

Jann's netcraft, Acid rod, American Tackle, Dan Craft, Decal Connections, Bingham, Hook & Hackle, the McDonalds on 64th st in Cleveland, Custom Tackle Supply, the Abbington Twp. Home Depot, Fish sticks for you, Amtrak, American Airlines, St.Croix, Ross fly reels, Dunkins Donuts, the valet parking at the Washington D.C. Hyatt, my plumber Don Williams,
Rice and Sons Carpet Cleaning, some charter boat captian in Ocean City MD, Boggs shoes in Wilmington.

Why are we making fun of people who post their experience with vendors?? There is absolutely nothing wrong with thanking or acknowleding good(or bad) experiences with any rod building related company (I doubt that your tail, barber, etc. falls into that category). It certainly helps those that are debating whether to give someone a try or not.

This is the most friendly, helpfulrodbuilding forum on the net and I would hate to see it evolve into the same type of elitism and sniping attitude that prevails on so many other sites.

Except, this person has never done business with any of these folks under the name "robert smith." Not a single one of them has him on record as doing business with them.
