Construction Adhesive?

While working on construction of my new rod shop, I started to wonder how construction adhesive would work for reel seats or grips? Anyone tried this? I know it's very strong and waterproof, needs no mixing - and no amines.

Marc...stick with the rod building epoxys...most construction [1 part] adhesive needs air to harden and is very messy...being in the building supply business I have given all that stuff a try...forget it.

ive tried the loctite slow cure epoxy and it works excellent if you need something in a pinch...its also really hard to not mix correctly...the 2 syringes are stuck together and if you push one down the other one goes down equally as much and it only takes a couple secs to mix up
